How it works

Start a group
A class, a team, a carpool — name it and invite families by email. They join free.
Publish the schedule
Everyone in the group sees it, and families who follow it get each event on their own plan. Link a class to its school and the days off show up too.
Families suggest, you approve
Anyone can add an event or reminder. It waits in Review until an organizer publishes it.

A group email address
Give the coach an address like yourteam@add.rompling.com. The mail waits for you; pull out the dates in one click and choose what to publish.
“Can anyone take my kid Tuesday?”
Any family can ask the group for a hand, and the first family to claim it takes it.
A week-ahead email
Families you’ve invited get the group’s week ahead on Sundays while their invite is open — before they’ve even joined. Members can turn it on in their notification settings.
Hand it on next year
Pass the group to next year’s room parent, or add co-organizers to share the work.
A chat for the whole group
Every group has its own chat, right next to its schedule.
