Rompling

Support

Rompling helps parents plan the days school is closed — camps, caregivers and coverage — together with families they already know. If something is not working, or you are not sure how something is meant to work, we would rather hear about it.

Get in touch

Email hello@rompling.com and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two business days. Telling us which screen you were on, and what you expected to happen, gets you a useful answer far faster than a screenshot on its own.

Report content or a person

Open the family’s profile — from a conversation, or from your Village — and tap Report. Choose a reason so we know what kind of harm to look for. Block sits on the same screen and takes effect immediately; blocked families are listed under Settings, where you can undo it.

Reports are reviewed by a person, usually within 24 hours. If somebody is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — we cannot act as quickly as they can. You can also report by email if you would rather not do it in the app.

Delete your account

In the app, tap your avatar in the top-left corner, then Settings, then Delete account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery window. If you share a family with another adult, deleting your own account leaves that family intact for them; if you are the last adult, the family and its children’s records are deleted with you. Messages you wrote in shared conversations remain, attributed to a deleted user, so the other family’s thread still makes sense.

Where Rompling works

Rompling is currently live in the Denver–Boulder metro area only. You can create an account from anywhere, but choosing another metro during setup adds you to the waitlist instead of opening the app — that is expected, not a fault. We will email you when your area opens.

Children’s information

Accounts belong to parents. Children do not sign in and have no accounts of their own. What you record about your own children stays within your family unless you choose to share it, and the more sensitive fields are never shared. To access, correct or delete a child’s information, email us at the address above.
